Architecture by Design led the regeneration of an urban block in Liverpool with a masterplan that weaves together new housing, a community Pocket Park, and civic design options. Sensitive to local character and heritage, the project emphasised placemaking, mixed tenure integration, and stakeholder collaboration — creating a design rooted in connection and context.

On a former community baths site in Garston, Architecture by Design delivered EPC A-rated homes that go beyond Future Homes Standards. The scheme integrates passive solar design, MVHR, ASHP, and PV, all coordinated with care. Biodiversity, public realm, and placemaking were key, creating a sustainable neighbourhood that respects its past while shaping a low-carbon future.

Architecture by Design developed a modular housing pattern book for Innerspace Homes, enabling flexible procurement from multiple CAT1 manufacturers. Designed for compatibility, quality, and adaptability, the suite supports over 300 homes in planning and gives clients procurement freedom without compromising architectural integrity.
